Once a resident moves out, we will complete a professional carpet extraction, paint and detailed cleaning. Our maintenance team will also perform a full apartment inspection and make any necessary repairs.
You do not need to be present while a service technician performs work. Just be sure to give permission to enter when entering a work order and have your furry friends kenneled.
Yes, we have a full team of industry professionals ready to make repairs to our resident's apartment homes in order to make your residency hassle free.
Simply login to your resident portal account and follow the prompts to enter a work order. In the event of a maintenance emergency, dial the normal office telephone number and follow the prompts to dispatch a on-call maintenance professional.

Yes, our resident's have access to multi-level parking facility that features a controlled access gate.
The community offers a resort style swimming pool with sundeck, dog park, state-of-the-art fitness center, resident lounge, SkyDeck, and a central laundry facility.
We LOVE pets. We allow up to two, well-behaved pets with no breed or weight restrictions.
Your apartment home will feature upgraded stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer/dryer.
We do not offer furnished apartment homes.

We require residents to maintain at least 100,000 in liability coverage and recommend E-Renters as a preferred provider for your liability insurance needs.

Termination of the lease requires a 60 day notice, repayment of any concessions received at lease start and a re-let fee of 85% of one months rent.
Electric must be setup in the resident's own name and can be completed by calling direct to City of Austin. Water/Sewer and Trash will automatically be setup in your name and billed through our third party provider, Conservice, and paid monthly with rent.
No utilities are included in rent.
